Frank Williams
Owner
Frankie has been building homes in the Wilmington area since 2002. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He holds a N.C. Unlimited General Contractor’s License as well as membership with the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
Frankie’s love for construction started at a very young age as a helper for his father, a HVAC contractor and grandfather, a home builder. He was taught early in life that paying attention to craftsmanship and using quality materials are of the utmost importance to delivering a superior product.
Brandon Capps
Project Manager
As Project Manager for Frank Williams Building Company, Brandon works closely with his clients, designers and craftsmen to bring projects to life. He has a commitment to quality and detail that reflects in the product. Brandon has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Construction Management. He has over 20 years management and 14 years of residential construction experience.
Growing up in Wanchese NC, as the son of a commercial fisherman, Brandon was taught from an early age the value of strong work ethics and a mutual respect for others. He has worked as a craftsman since the age of 19 in surfboard manufacturing and residential construction. He believes you always have to be looking to learn from the past in order to improve the future.
